Mr. Beaudoin is founder of Novadyn and CVT Corp. Prior to founding those companies, he worked for the Energy Efficiency Laboratory of the Canadian Federal Government. Mr. Beaudoin's latest start-up, Novadyn, is a consulting company which mission is to provide support and advices to small businesses regarding strategies, management, technologies, IP and funding. In the midterm, Novadyn's mission will also be to acquire small businesses from retiring baby boomers owners.Mr. Beaudoin has been working on CVT technologies since 2001 following the launch of CVT Corp. His innovations in continuously variable transmissions and how they can be adapted to a generator set has resulted making more efficient and cost-effective gensets. He is the holder of numerous patents and awards for his work in energy efficiency.
