Using Microsoft office, I connect the suppliers pricing directly to an Access database, in order to get the exact cost in the final output. I own Planswift; With which I write my own assemblies that include labor and time. I also own AutoCAD, Fusion 360 and Revit 2014. In addition, I use Masterformat, 2010 and 2016, Unitprice, or any specified method to write a deliverable final bid. I have experience with Bidding websites such as MERX, Biddingo, buyandsell.gc.ca (PWGSC) in order to secure new clients.I believe in designing my estimates to be used for Project Management in the case of a successful bid. I keep scheduling in mind to ensure that logistics such as purchasing, delivery, equipment, insurance, and inspections are planned in a timely manner. I understand how trades interact with each other. I pride myself in keeping up to date with policies and procedures (construction law, bylaws, OBC and company policy) to guarantee accurate work from the start. In addition, I have experience working with other professionals in the field; tradesmen, unions, engineers, architects, interior designers, inspectors, professional organizations, and safety (MOL, JHSC, IHSA), as well as management, residents, police, building owners, boards, and staff. Overall, I have been in this field for many years and in many trades; this gives me a superior edge in understanding all the hidden issues that may arise when contemplating the Bid.
