During my time in this role, I've led critical CBRN defense operations at the regimental level. My role encompasses the management of three subordinate battalions and a force of approximately 2,200 highly motivated Marines. I am committed to ensuring the highest level of readiness and safety for our personnel, and I actively contribute to our strategic initiatives, including fielding and experimenting with new equipment to support future combat scenarios. Some of my key achievements have included:- Translating complex strategies into actionable plans and authored multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which established a strong foundation for our unit and enhanced our operational effectiveness and readiness.- Played a pivotal role in the successful establishment of the 3d Marine Littoral Combat Team, contributing my expertise to this critical mission.- I have undertaken diverse responsibilities within the Marine Corps, actively participating in the Operational Advisory Group and serving as the Commanding Officer's trusted advisor for the 3d Marine Littoral Combat Team. I've also served as a Future Operations Planner, Command Financial Specialist, Anti-Terrorism Expert, and Unit Readiness Officer, demonstrating my versatility and commitment to excellence in all capacities.

In this role I led and mentored a team of 36 Marines, ensuring their welfare and growth. During deployments, I led an enhanced CBRN Response team, responding swiftly to hazards, collecting critical evidence, and executing precise decontamination operations. Some of my contributions have included:- Fostering a culture of growth and excellence within my 36-member Marine unit, resulting in optimized team performance and operational excellence.- Crafting the platoons annual training plan, ensuring 100% completion of required annual, fiscal, and pre-deployment training.- Creating a comprehensive action plan for the COVID-19 pandemic, equipping all squadrons with efficient contamination avoidance and decontaminationmethods.- Recognizing a unique opportunity, I organized the transportation of 31 Marines and Sailors along with $1.7M of equipment to the Government Training Institute in South Carolina.
