I had previous jobs in retail and always wanted to travel so jumped into the world of coach driving.I started off as a trainee coach driver with Johnsons and over a 6 week period they gave me all the skills to be a successful coach driver.The first two years of coach driving are the most challenging, and quickly learning to be flexible and doing whatever required for a positive outcome.I always had a interest in the logistical element and after 9 Years of driving it was time for a change, and this is where I started excel quickly learning how our business worked from a different point of view.I have been taught how to use Distinctive systems, Trutac, Edays and put through my management CPC, giving me all the tools to be successful in my current role.Being promoted the operations manager as covid hit we have been dealing with multiple issues as we as a business battled through covid with a large scale operation for a blue chip company, I have managed to build a skill set that is built around customer and driver expectations while building a successful traffic team that always steps up when needed day or night.
