I manage the development and implementation of safe, quality programs for members and guests. I coordinate, supervise and teach swimming lessons, lifeguards, water fitness programs, and CPR/First-Aid/Lifeguard training. Responsible for staffing, discipline, budget, program quality and training for two YMCA branch aquatic teams.

Provided leadership in an outdoor educational facility where the purpose was to create a safe learning environment. Trained staff and participants in areas that would enhance facility safety, educational experience and program satisfaction. Partnered with outside groups to provide T3 skills.
