State Manager experienced in a range of business aspects including business development, operations and finance along with customer service to ensure longevity and success.- Responsible for making state budgets- Financial weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting- Creating new marketing schemes to promote new and existing products- Administrative responsibilities- Heading sales initiatives and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers- Managing key stakeholder relationships including: Property managers, landlords, equipment suppliers, sub contractors- Handling all customer complaints- Prepare and recommend quarterly plans for cost reduction initiatives by car park.- Assist the GM by seeking out, passing on or suggesting new business development opportunities.- Respond to and implement recommendations made by internal auditor.- Proactively maintain and repair car park equipment including all boom gates, ticket machines, pay machines.- Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule along with responding to equipment faults at the car park sites- Supervise and evaluate all staff members performance management, issues resolution and rostering in SA- Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety policy requirements including active participation in the OH&S Committee, monthly site audits to assess risks, management of incidents, claims and return to work programs.
