-Using Shiftboard to schedule technicians for events that require AV support, and communicating setup details to the technicians. -Using EMS to check event details for various on-campus events that require AV support.-Proficient with Atlassian Cloud applications like Jira and Confluence to create tickets and resources for staff, faculty, and students.-Communicating with multiple departments on what AV support they need for events.

-Building and fixing A/V carts that mainly use Extron equipment (video and audio scalers/switchers, control panels) and other computer/audio equipment.-Troubleshooting in-class tech problems with equipment such as the A/V carts, various projectors, etc.-Running events that require small PA system setups that require me to set up, mix, and tear down the system in an organized fashion.-Soldering and/or terminating cables of various types (XLR, 1/4", 3.5mm, CAT6, Phoenix, NL2/4, IEC power, etc.)-Using Confluence and JIRA as tools to help organize and complete important tasks.

-Technical Director for nearly all Eagle 7 News broadcasts using a Ross Graphite system for video switching.-I had to maintain and fix any of the equipment in the control room and studio, including production cameras, tripods, zoom & focus controllers, teleprompters, and various audio equipment.

-Run either Broadcast Pix or Ross video systems to broadcast live city meetings, either through Zoom or in-person.-Use Cablecast to run the online livestream and Ch. 16 broadcast, as well as bookmark the show for later use.

Shot and edited packages for the channel to broadcast on the air as well as on their website. I used various video cameras, used ZEPlay for live sports replay, among other roles for mobile truck shoots with NineNorth's HD mobile broadcast truck.
