Integration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Academy, based on teaching its core fundamentals and main pillars. The academy then focused on learning about the potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in developing solutions for customers, with insights about its Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules.

I developed my master’s thesis project at iMed.Ulisboa, in the "Advanced Cell Models for Predictive Toxicology & Cell-based Therapies" laboratory group at the Faculty of Pharmacy, with focus on exploring the potential of mesenchymal stem cell secretome towards skin regeneration specific to the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus disease environment. Summer internship at Stem Cell Engineering Research Group (SCERG). During the time, I was introduced to the essential laboratory skills required for animal cell culture for both adherent and suspension cells, which included cell thawing and counting, culture medium preparation and feeding, cell passaging and freezing for long-term storage in vapor/liquid nitrogen tanks.

As Vice President, I was responsible in planning, organizing and leading the several activities that are held for the Biological Engineering course freshmen.
