Within the Digital Marketing space, I am responsible for communicating with our Australian and New Zealand dealers to ensure the successful management of their retail sites. I also deal with our overseas teams in Malaysia and Germany to work on the development of the Mercedes-Benz Australia site and New Zealand site.As part of the CX team, I assist with the creation of our email marketing journeys, as well as analysing the overall performance of these sends within SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.

Responsible for maintaining the landscape section at Bunnings Hawthorn, ensuring the backyards of customers are looked after and maintained in the best possible manner.

As part of this role, I was responsible for producing and maintaining content across the AFL Europe website, as well as our social media platforms. I was also given the opportunity to host the AFL Europe podcast, which involved building relationships with AFL Europe stakeholders in an effort to receive genuine and honest content during episodes. My interpersonal skills were also positively impacted during this experience through my regular dealings with team managers whereby developing relationships was paramount.

Through an opportunity presented by Deakin University, I was given the privilege of working with a small coffee company in Norwich, England. The task set was to develop a 12-month business plan for them, and create recommendations to greater enhance their digital presence in a saturated market.

With Delaware North, I manage a bar within Marvel Stadium and Melbourne Olympic Park during events held across the venues. I have anywhere between 4-8 staff under my supervision, and it is my job to ensure all customers have a quality experience during the event, and that all the employees feel respected and valued at all times.
