Samuel has been employed by KMG Prestige, Inc. for more than 20 years with the primary role of oversight and advancement of technology. During his tenure, KMG Prestige has increased its multifamily housing portfolio from 4,500 units to 30,000 units. Samuel has been instrumental in the ever changing need for technology advancement and implementation during this period and has been recognized as an Exemplary Leader for the company. Samuel currently serves as Committee Chairman for EZ-LMS – Learning Management System for the Realpage, Inc. Customer Advisory Committee. From a very early age, Samuel has been a motivated individual and was hired as Manager of a Radio Shack store in Indianapolis, IN, immediately following his graduation from High School. After working for several years in retail sales, which included being a Sales Manager for an Entre Computer Center in Mt Pleasant, MI, his interests had evolved to include a knack for technology, and he accepted a position with KMG Prestige as the MIS Director in 1998. When not being glued to a computer screen, Samuel enjoys wood working including anything from turning pens on his lathe, to building dressers and bunk beds for his children. Samuel is married, and he and his wife Nancy have four children, which keep them busy with school activities, sporting events, and Scouting outings. One of his recent life experiences and accomplishment was a trip to Philmont Scout Ranch, the Boy Scouts of America’s premier High Adventure, located in northern New Mexico, where he served as a chaperone for a group of scouts including his son, Raymond. The trip involved a seven day backpacking adventure where the group hiked more than 42 miles at 9,000 feet in elevation.
