I am a proud member of the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) at GE Aerospace. At GE Aerospace, we develop, manufacture, test, and repair state of the art aircraft and marine engines and systems for commercial and military customers. As an OMLP, I will complete three (3) 8-month rotations within different sectors of the manufacturing process that provide experience from all angles of the business while improving my leadership skills. 2 of the rotations will be in direct roles that are focused in either EHS, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials, or Sourcing. 1 of the rotations will be a front line leader role where I will be a shop operations supervisor for a specific process in the business.
