Current• Fill roles in a variety of departments nationwide focusing on IT, FinTech, Loan Originations, Loan Processing, Closing, Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, Post Closing, Funding, Sales & Human Resources.• Work directly with the Executive Office on special hiring projects, overseeing private searches and filling higher-level roles, including C-level and SVP/VP positions. • Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
