I graduated High School from Smithville High School. After that I went to Park University for a semester, then took online classes from Maple Woods Community College, then attended Longview Community College for two semesters to get my Associates of Arts while I played baseball. I have just graduated from Fort Hays State University, I got my Bachelor of Business Administration degree while receiving a certificate for Operations Management and a certificate for Human Resource Management. While being a full-time student and playing a sport in college, there isn’t much time to have a job so my job experiences are jobs I’ve had over a few summers. For a few summers I’ve been a farm hand and helped a man take care of his farm, this was mostly just manual labor. Then I worked part-time for FedEx and Office Depot. At the FedEx part-time job I had I was a Dock Worker. I drove a fork lift and moved freight from one truck to another. Then for the Office Depot part-time job, I shelved different office supplies and used their system to scan items and locate where they needed to go. Now I am at Centurion Moving and Storage as a mover. Some of my experience would include extensive academic preparation in Business Management skills, intermediate skills with Business Marketing, experience with fast paced/stressful environments, and experience with computer software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. While getting my college education I have taken courses like Principles of Accounting I and II, Applied Management Skills, Business Law, Training and Development, Management Principles, Marketing Principles, Organizational Behavior/Development, Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, Management Information Systems, and Lean Systems.
