Fast learner, been in the restaurant business for over 12 years and counting. I take my job seriously, I'm always looking to better myself and help others around me. I’ve done inventory, ordering, opening restaurants, food prep, line cooking, reconcile cash drawers, rotate product. I’ve stepped in as a temporary kitchen manager for Bar Louie for 8 months and also worked through COVID.Hit the ground running when starting at WSFP. Managed shop, transferred all material lists from paper to electronic using MICROSOFT Teams, managed tools to fleet vehicles, repairs for both as well. Coordinated deliveries to jobs sites, ordered material from vendors. I started this new trade August of 2022 with no experience and loved every minute of it. I use Microsoft excel and word daily as well as keeping up with emails through Outlook. I have my forklift certification and working towards getting my fire extinguisher license.
