Once material has been deemed non-conforming material and it’s in our RFI stock I monitor the purging of nonconforming material from FRC East RFI stock through our supply personal.- I work hand-in-hand and coordinate with Quality Assurance to investigate Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and Acceptance Inspection Deficiency Reports (AIDRs) to determine defect responsibility and root cause.- FRCE H53’s Competent Persons for Fall Protection.
