• Business development: Either handle the lead generated by tele-sales team or cold-calling contacts found from Linkedin or company database for generation of business opportunities. Explore customer pain point.
• Account development: Continuous communication with existing customers to understand changes in requirement and propose the corresponding solution that best fit their current situation for early renewal of contract.
• Work closely with Account Delivery Managers’ team to ensure the BAU service delivery level and discover if there is any potential business opportunity.
• Preparing consolidated report of current fleet design after site visit and counter proposal for improvement.
• Communicate with Service and I.T teams on the best alternative for handling customer inquiry (i.e. continuous device breakdown, devices or software setting that out of project scope, etc) to uphold high service level.
• Cooperate with Project Management Team to make sure the availability of resources (i.e. engineer (device), technician (software), delivery crew, stock which are to be ordered from factory once order was received) for.

• Prepare the required technical response by working with technical team when receiving the request from sales teams once RFP is taken place.
• Presenting company’s organization structure, solution details including but not limited to any required customization, supporting mechanism and the prelim deployment schedule to client during tender presentation session.
• Initiate the project kick-off meeting between client and the company for better understanding of the expected project outcome and project timeline. Mediation is to be taken place in case discrepancy is happened.
• Preparation of necessary document including but not limited to SOW, Business Requirement Document, System Design Document, Project Timeline, UAT Plan, Go-Live Checklist

• Pre-sales support: Conduct sales pitching on behalf of salesperson of parent company (Fuji Xerox Hong Kong) about the outsourcing model of statement printing and mailing, as well as digitalization of hard copy.
• Direct sales: Contact existing or new customers (mainly from FSI and Telco, with statement printing need or with ample hard copy document) to explore any potential business opportunity.
• P&L preparation: prepare the pricing model and work out the P&L for management approval.
• Technical Requirement Specification and Function Requirement Specification Document preparation: With the input by I.T and Operation teams, the above document are to be composed and reviewed by me before sending out to.
• Project deployment monitoring: Work with project manager for getting the commitment by I.T and Operation team to the agreed project deployment timeline and as the focal point for any out-of-sudden issues happened.
