Post trade Middle & Back Office Services on Listed Derivatives Exchanges.Full coverage of operational tasks : daily clearing of futures and options trades on Asian and Commodities markets. Improving daily Business As Usual tasksEnsure trades are received in our clearing system and cleared on a timely manner, and correctly accounted after overnight accounting batches.Daily coordination with Singapore Operational Hub, determine tasks to take over or to transfer to other hubs in order to improve the team's efficiency.Monitoring of intraday credit limit risk through LISA clearing tool.Handle daily multi-currency settlements and Physical deliveriesMaintain a satisfactory relationship with our different subclearers ( HSBC London / BP2S Singapore / Commodities Futures in London ) through regular conference calls.Participating in Improvement projects, performing regular testing of our systems and close working with IT and MOA teams.Management of a team ( Up to 7 team members):Interview, hire, define team's objectives (individual and collective), Lead regular team meetings,Develop client focus within the team.Ensure training of each team member is performed, encourage team working and transmission of knowledge.Co-ordonate daily tasks between Paris and Lisbon (part of the team being outsourced in Lisbon)

Account manager for Institutional clients.Performing of clearing and trade matching, close out positions on Nyse Liffe Exchange for futures and options.Client and broker chasing in order to ensure trades are received and cleared with respect of daily cut offs.Reconciliations of trades, positions,financial flows-premiums-margins-initial margin with the clearing house. Monitor all intraday margin calls issued.Resolve operational and client issues and escalate the queries accordingly.Reconciliation of Clearing House invoice.Participate to different systems releases, perform testing, parallel runs and work with MOA and IT to ensure releases are correctly conducted.
