Technical Program Manager, responsible for driving programs and projects to deliver on time with quality; participate in project risk assessments including critical issues escalations, issues duplication and root cause. Lead Project Planning / Control / Scope / Closure engaging with JDP, OEM, ODM and internal test team. Having experience not only on HPE proprietary ProLiant servers but also on AMI code base BIOS, BMC servers as on Intel x86 and AMD platforms as on CL2100/CL2200, CL3150, CL4150, CL3100, CL4100, CL5800 Gen10, ML110, DL360, DL380, DL325, DL385, Apollo 4200 Gen10. Manage test planning, issue resolution, root causing, debugging together with development hardware, software team both internally on function wise and externally with JDP, OEM and ODM. Manage to resolve existing or potential technical risk on rack and tower, storage and density optimized scalable servers from ProLiant Gen5 to 10. Also managed test planning and validation of container based servers and data centers with Academia Sinica. Give proper direction and guidance to JDP, ODM and work with team for achieving overall program release grant.

Quality Control and Testing in SW/HW of OEM server products including cloud computing solution and taking care of internal / external projects. Job scope includes project handling, system integration test on Windows, Linux and Virtualization (VMware/Citrix/Xen/Hyper-V), SW/Hardware validation, Performance test on IXIA RFC2544, IxChariot benchmark and Networking. Tracking mostly HP and IBM branded servers including Tower, Rack, SL and Data Center. Scope includes Hardware, BIOS, OS level system integration test, Deployment, Networking (Teaming/Bonding/vLAN/10G/IPv4/IPv6), Storage (SAN/NAS/HBA/FC/FCoE/iSCSI), Feature validation, Architecture validation, System Stress and Performance Benchmarking. Involve in HP Proliant 100(ODM) series/ 300(JDM) series G5, G6, G7, G8 server System Integration Test from Early System Initialization to mass production, regression till end of life support. Worked together with ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) on co-working and testing new developed container level data center. Currently working on HP Hyper Scale Data Center product and have to study, adapt and manager new testing trend apart from traditional servers. Manage and track project’s progress. Train freshmen to cope up with testing methodology. In charge of trouble shooting, correspondence and contact window of external customers and cross function team such as BIOS, Server Management, EE, ME, Thermal, Reliability(EMC) and also QA(Rom/iLO) team.

Qualified Gateway and Router related products testing including Wi-Fi cert Logo test Performed Ethernet(wired / wireless) packet analyzing, Spirent performance and benchmark testing, NCTU NBL (Networking Benchmark Lab) technical conference. Gateway, router, KIOSK device quality control along with ticketing system.
