Recruit, interview, hire and supervise personal training and sales staff. Provide a pipe-line of candidates and provide a succession plan. Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients, vendors, corporate office, and gym partners. Manage customer experience (session usage, PT quality, scheduling issues, promotions, etc.)Secondary Functions. Perform administrative duties including audits, paperwork submittal, timesheets, con-tracts, and new hire paperwork. Produce special events, educational seminars and promotional activities to generate sales, employee development, and community activity.
