I am currently enrolled at West Chester University of Pennsylvania in their I-O Psychology Master's Program. I recently graduated last May with a B.S. in Psychology and I am passionate about applying psychological principles and methods to improve the well-being and performance of individuals and organizations.Currently, I am working as a Talent Attraction Intern at SAP, where I support the recruitment and selection process of diverse and qualified candidates for various positions. I have developed project management skills, attention to detail, and adaptability through my involvement in multiple tasks, such as screening resumes, creating reports, and coordinating events. Previously, I gained valuable research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at West Chester University, where I assisted in designing and conducting studies on topics such as employee motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. Through these experiences, I have enhanced my analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as my knowledge of various psychological theories and tools.
