I am tri-lingual, I have a first-class honours Biomedical Science Degree, an MSc in Global Health and I have a passion for the unknown. I thrive in being out of my comfort zone, finding innovative ways to solve new and complex problems and learning new skills along the way. This is why I am interested in scientific research, as scientists explore the unknown expanding our knowledge. Throughout my BSc, I gained experience using a large array of lab techniques and methods. Throughout both my degree and my Global Health MSc I developed excellent reporting, data analysis, and time management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines whilst working efficiently, effectively and maintaining a high attention to detail. My academic studies developed my understanding of and ability to deliver complex information accurately and concisely; both orally and written. These skills were developed through presentations, group projects, essays, exams and dissertation projects. My master's dissertation project was concerned with the analysis of a large data set - produced by a Randomised Control Trial - this furthered my research skills in data analysis, particularly using Excel spreadsheets and SPSS.
