I am a professional musician with over a 12+ years of live performance and teaching experience.I teach all ages and abilities both in a group and one to one setting, with my main focus being guitar/bass, music theory, band-skills and composition. My most notable qualifications are…BA(hons) degree in Popular Music Performance PGcert in Teaching & LearningMA in Popular Music Practice (composition) I am currently teaching band skills in primary schools for Rocksteady Music alongside private 1-2-1 tuition. I pride myself in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment in which students are free to create, experiment and express themselves whilst working towards their individual goals. Outside of teaching I am playing guitar, bass and vocals in numerous bands in Brighton, broadening my understanding in promotional activities and managing local music events.
