Currently a Royal Air Force Avionics Technician on 737 platforms. My role involves carrying out preventative, scheduled and reactive maintenance in order to ensure the serviceability of aircraft. Trained to apply fault diagnosis tools & procedures and use lateral thinking to trouble shoot faults. Proven and tested ability to lead and follow within teams. Selected to work on several aircraft modifications and upgrade projects to components, software and wiring. Having been the Squadron’s continuous improvement (CI) champion in a supervisor level post I have gained knowledge and experience in Auditing and how airworthiness practices are implemented. My career progression is to further my engineering experience as a supervisor and develop my engineering skill set. I am actively looking for new opportunities to challenge my skill set or take on new roles and responsibilities outside of the Aviation industry.
