Improved rates, upfront fees, covenants and repayment terms over proposals from national media lending groups. • Directed strategic reduction in operating expenses from $98M (2007) to current $82M level without impacting core operations. • Guided a 6-member national IT team to bring continuity to the programming, traffic and business functions across 26 market operations.
