“I don’t know” is a perfectly fine answer so long as it is followed by “I’ll go find out.” The “going and finding out” is my passion. I am a curious and driven problem solver, with a life-long love of learning. And while a quick Google search can usually point me in the right direction (“excel how to…” is a regular for me), the best learnings come from others – from multifunctional teammates that teach me how to approach problems differently to tenured mentors that share their experiences from similar problems.In my current role as Senior Finance Manager – North America Bounty, I am “finding out” all the ins and outs of a multi-billion-dollar brand that has been in my family’s kitchen since my first spill. I provide financial analysis and strategic perspective to my multifunctional teams to ensure that we are driving Bounty growth by delighting consumers with a consistently superior product. However, to be an exceptional business owner and effective problem solver, I must partner with my teammates to understand their pieces of the big picture – from our supply chain to our customer relationships to our consumer engagement. I have a lot to “go find out,” and I am enjoying every minute of it!Outside of work, I have a few “soft spot” passions that keep me refreshed and recharged: my family in East Tennessee, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Duke Blue Devils (I wear a lot of blue), exceptionally tasty food (both cooking and eating), and line dancing!
