Handling all SME business activities, Business Advisory Services, Loan Packaging, Relationship Management, creating beneficial relationship to the Bank, Monitoring activities of Team Members and Team representation.

• Sale of the Bank’s Retail Liability and Assets Products.• Sale and acquisition of corporate account products for both individual business and Government Parastatals. • Sale and processing of Risk assets, MSME loans, Overdraft facilities.• Credit card sales and processing, Auto loan sales.• Deposit Mobilization and Retention drive.• Use of the bank core loan disbursement software to process both personal loans for salary earners• Activation of customers on Alternative Delivery Channels (ADCs), Such as Fidelity app, Fidelity Instant banking and Fidelity online.• General customer service and enquiry response• Effective daily reporting on transaction and activities concluded• Daily Call plan report• Effective tracking report template for assigned functions and roles.• Control Consumption of Petrol, Electricity, Water and Telephone usage in the branch.• Properly code all accounts generated.• Prepare deposit slips for all accounts opened• Maintain account files.• Other tasks as requested by my supervisor.
