Mr.Davis is presently a Senior Software Engineer at Spoton. In the course of his duties Mr.Davis worked on the core server technologies and front end applications at Spoton. Within this role Mr.Davis was required to be fully competent in GoLang, TypeScript and many other technologies, for example AWS, Android, Kubernetes, Docker, Github Actions (CI/CD) , Spacelyft, LaunchDarkley and many others. Mr.Davis primary team was the Payments and Orders team and was instrumental in the delivery of a brand new payment gateway to Spoton clients in the last year.

Mr. Davis is presently a Senior Software Engineer for a startup company. In this capacity, his primary responsibility is providing sustainable and innovative software solutions for the company. Mr. Davis has been primarily focused on software engineering for creating a resilient and structured backend for front-end clients from IOS and Web. In this effort, Mr.Davis has utilized many different technologies such as GraphQl, Hasura, Python Microservices ( Flask, Django, Tensorflow, PyTorch),Terraform, AutoDevops, as well as many Google Cloud services. In this role,as one of the two primary people responsible for all backend services, Mr.Davis has collaborated with executive staff and has rapidly produced solutions. In other capacities while in this position, Mr. Davis has fully rebuilt the continuous integration and automated deployment for all services so they are easily tested and then deployed to different environments within the Google Cloud Platform. Mr.Davis also created a machine learning pipeline consisting of multiple natural language processing models that was scalable and ran within the cloud.

Mr. Davis is presently a Senior Software Engineer for URSA Space Systems. In this capacity, his primary responsibility is providing sustainable and innovative software solutions for the company. Mr. Davis has been primarily focused on software engineering for creating a configurable and reproducible analytic execution platform known as Patricia, in this effort Mr. Davis has utilized a diverse amount of technologies such as SpringBoot, Dropwizard, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and many AWS Services. In this role, Mr. Davis has gained significant expertise in the execution and collection capabilities of SAR Imagery Satellites, using this knowledge and expertise enabled Mr. Davis to become one of the leading architects and engineers for the analytic execution framework known as Patricia. In other capacities while in this position, Mr. Davis has completely restructured the continuous integration and automated deployment of URSA Space Systems Python Research and Development efforts. Mr. Davis later provided the planning and framework to migrate all Java based services at URSA Space Systems to an alternate REST service framework known as Dropwizard and Java 11 and subsequently executed the conversion himself.

Mr. Davis is a technical lead supporting AI/ML efforts for Air Force Research Lab Information Directorate (AFRL/RI), Air Combat Command, Information Superiority Division (ACC/A5/2D), and project MAVEN.  In this role, Mr. Davis is architecting the core technology for the AI Harness, which supports real time object detections and AI model configuration for USAF use cases. Additionally, Mr. Davis interfaces with a diverse contractor team to enable the technical delivery on this effort, including Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics. In this role, Mr. Davis designed and implemented a streaming video platform known as the Deep Learning Video Pipeline (DLVP). DLVP’s function is to provide real-time streaming video with inference results from AI/ML models to enhance the original video in order to provide analysts with more analytical data as well tipping and queueing mechanisms.. DLVP is currently in use at multiple Air Force deployment sites and in use by a variety of clients.

Mr.Davis is currently the evaluation lead for a DOD program that uses machine learning to sort and categorize collected data. Mr.Davis is responsible for determining the scientific strengths and plausibility of the program as it pertains to the Air Force and DOD as well as comparing its performance to current state of the art open source methodologies performing the same tasks. This position is done in excess of Mr.Davis's normal day-to-day duties within Technergetics.

Mr. Davis is presently a Software Engineer for Technergetics LLC. In this capacity, his primary responsibility is providing sustainable and innovative software solutions for the United States Air Force. Mr. Davis has been primarily focused on software engineering on the Air Force Distributed Common Ground Station (AF DCGS) Modernization enterprise software effort for the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and Air Combat Command (ACC). In this role, Mr. Davis has gained significant expertise in the Distributed Data Framework (DDF) architecture, and has been heavily involved in helping to define the architecture of the software baseline. Mr. Davis is also involved in processes for baseline security enhancements, using tools such as HP Fortify, to meet requirements for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and to achieve a Certificate to Field (CTF).

Mr. Davis is a technical lead for the Neuromorphic Fusion for Timely Intelligence (NFTI) program. In this capacity, Mr. Davis provides technical leadership to the Technergetics team supporting Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) in research and development to introduce innovative machine learning (deep learning) concepts to Air Force programs to provide implicit knowledge learned from OSINT, sensor data, user actions, etc. In performance of this effort, Mr. Davis has become skilled with technologies such as Google TensorFlow, NVidia CUDA, Berkley’s Caffe, Docker, and other cutting edge technologies. Mr. Davis also performs as the Agile Scrum Master for this program, all of which is done in a limited part time capacity.

Mr. Davis served as the Research and Administrative Assistant for the Information Management Technologies Branch of the Rome Information Directorate. Assumed responsibility and performed on critical software development projects for the ATAK Android mobile software suite.

Mr. Davis provided mobile software development expertise for the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK). All work completed was done on a volunteer basis.

During this time Mr.Davis was assigned to the Warrior Transition Unit due to injuries sustained during Operation Enduring Freedom in Ghazni which necessitated his medical retirement from the Army. Responsibilities- Primary responsibility was exiting the military in a planned and safe manner due to medical retirement.
