Responsible for:- Managing a book of 70+ accounts, totaling over 7.1 MM in ARR. Accounts range from small, founder-led start ups to large enterprise organizations with 2,000+ employees. - Main point of contact for clients, focusing on driving adoption, account growth, and overall customer satisfaction with Deel's product line. Also serve as a point of escalation for any issues requiring internal coordination to resolve.

Responsible for:- Management of over 300 Bloomberg Law and Tax Accounts. Primary point of contact for clients; conducting product training, renewal calls, and handling overall maintenance of account health. - Engaging with clients to drive product adoption and usage of the platform. - Identifying strategic upsell opportunities within existing client base to increase revenue. Total upsell generation of over $80k in H2 of 2021.

Responsible for:- Prospecting into large research institutions (+ $200 million in total revenue per year) and identifying contacts at various colleges that could utilize Hanover’s services. These contacts most often were high level academic officers and marketing administrators. Institutions I booked meetings with include: U of Alabama, Brown, U of Florida, Purdue, Notre Dame, Tulane, and U of Washington, among many others.- Using strategies such as cold emailing and dialing to conduct outreach towards these prospects and working with my director to establish territory strategy for outreach. Responsible for maintaining and building out my own sales pipeline.- Leveraging prospecting points to add value and assist potential customers in understanding how they can best utilize Hanover’s unique services.

Responsible for:- Handling Social Media profile of IM sports.- Establishing schedules for all teams in various leagues.- Collaborating with our 2 other student directors on ways to increase student participation and introduce various sports to beginners.- Hiring and distributing hours for referees and managing the field during IM athletic events.

Responsible for refereeing both IM Flag Football and Basketball games, as well as assisting the head of IM sports in scheduling and obtaining field/court time.

Responsible for:- Attending various think tank events and panels (at CSIS, New America, Brookings Institution, etc.), as well as Congressional Hearings relating to various areas of US political interest on behalf of the Osgood Center. - Developing relationships with experts and leaders in fields related to my research and other topics of interest in Washington. - Writing 1 to 2 page professional briefs on the content discussed during these panels and hearings to provide concise, detailed information to my supervisors.- Meeting as a full staff and within small groups multiple times per week to focus on professional development, writing skills, and various tasks that need to be accomplished for Osgood Center educational programs. - Assisting in the facilitation of the Osgood Center’s various summer educational programs for both American and Foreign students. Summer 2018 Programs include the annual Summer Symposium on Foreign Policy, as well as an experiential learning program “TCU Honors in DC” hosted in conjunction with Texas Christian University Honors College. - Summer research focus concerns US/Latin American relations, specifically as it relates to immigration policy.

Camp Counselor/Lacrosse Coach from June 2016-August 2016. Returned Summer 2017 as director of the Lacrosse program. -Established curriculum and direction of the Lacrosse program for the summer.-Fielded and coached teams to compete in the Central Maine Camp League (CMCL), winning both the U15 and U11 divisions.-Worked on camp-related projects throughout the summer to improve camper experience, specifically as it pertains to the lacrosse program.-Managed the implementation and instruction of hour-long practice sessions and elective periods, overseeing a staff of two other counselors and up to 40 campers per session.-Ensured the physical and emotional well-being of the campers who resided in my bunk.-Involved in daily planning and collaboration with other counselors to create various activities and group exercises.-Gained valuable customer service experience through working with parents and camp leaders to come up with specific plans of action for children requiring extra attention.-Received one of 12 counselor of the week awards within a staff of over 200. -Responsible for data collection relevant to critical impact study-Accredited with assisting on delivering study which was featured in a Washington Post article titled “The Defense Secretary Wants His Scientists to Travel. They’ve Been Grounded by Bureaucracy.”

-Worked as a content/product intern, assisting with creating new sales and website strategies for generating revenue.-Wrote articles and frequently asked questions on various home improvement topics to add to the site content.-Met with team leaders to help come up with more effective ways to market the company through the internet.-Collaborated with fellow workers on enhancing the usability of the web site and made suggestions for its design.-Gained experience in Search Engine Optimization; specifically use of Google Adwords.
