I designed and opened Flight Coffee’s first cafe location in Dover, NH. I organized and managed the build out of a 3,000 sq. ft. space, while also hiring and training staff. I also created the menu and was responsible for researching and sourcing vendors to fulfill the cafe’s supply needs.
