Implementing new clients for DHL. Improving current business models using latest Red Prairie configuration methods. Solution design, business intelligence. Automating processes, creating new reports according to both operational and system monitoring needs.

I am currently working for Marks and Spencer in Europe largest fully automated Warehouse. We carefully prepare WMS environment to make sure all systems are integrated with Red Prairie(inc.SAP,MetaPack,Amazon) to improve efficiency of the data flow and to reduce risk of any downtimes. The business analysis of over 200 mln Pounds Project needs to be carefull and precise.This includes continuous system configuration, proposing improvements to the Business which often means raising, creating or completing change requests in business specific format. I am highly involved in SAT and UAT testing. The job gives me fantastic opportunity to learn different aspects of Red Prairie including the 'back end' configuration. I held the role of a Team Lead, started as ordinary Warehouse Flexible Operative and quickly developed in many aspects of leading the team and Management methods. My role involved managing the 30-50 operatives, preparing the deployments, Productivity calculating and managing the KPI’s. I became a main site project support for Red Prairie System version Upgrade 2007-2009 which required creation and execution scenarios for User Approved Testing and SAT as well as correct Site settings configuration. I was dealing with the Customer on the daily basic knowing exact ways to keep them happy. I was also acting as IT Contract representative for all the IT changes required by my Client, working closely with Divisional IS Project manager.
