With over 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong accounting and management skills that enable me to optimize the revenue, expenses, and quality of the hotel. I also have a passion for psychology, which I studied at Portland State University, Linn-Benton Community College, and Chemeketa Community College, earning two associate degrees in the process. This helps me to understand the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele, as well as to motivate and empower our staff to deliver exceptional service. My mission is to create a welcoming and memorable environment for our guests, while ensuring the sustainability and profitability of our hotel.
