On December 2nd of 2024, our business unit of PPG Architectural Coatings USCA, was sold, and we transitioned to become The Pittsburgh Paints Company.

As a Retail Sr. IT Manager and Global Consultant I'm responsible:1- Stores IT- Responsible for everything related to IT for 1,000 US, Canada and Puerto Rico paint stores which includes the following areas: a). Point of Sale System Software and Hardware b). All stores IT Infrastructure (ie. network, hardware, security systems, etc). c). Support of Color IT software 2- Manage team of 20+ people which includes specialized retail IT help desk analysts, infrastructure managers, IT consultants and project managers.3- Global Consultant- Responsible in sharing and planning deployment of best retail IT practices across PPG Retail IT business across the globe.

As Regional Infrastructure Manager for the Americas I'm responsible for:1- Network and Telecom Infrastructure for the PPG Architectural Coatings Business in North America Business with office/plants/dc in Canada, US and Puerto Rico.2- IT End User Services for our more than 7,000+ users3- In charge of 150+ servers/applications.4- In charge of all mobile technology for PPG Architectural Coatings North America (3,200 devices)

As Operations Manager I was responsible for the following:- Business Technology Manager for the Caribbean- Customer Service Manager for the Caribbean- Pricing Manager- Demand Manager- Loss Prevention Manager- Procurement
