I am a passionate leader and put 100% into everything I do. This is visible throughout my work, working for the Local Government, forming my own company, WS Productions, and also being Centre Co-Ordinator for Consult Health and Safety.I have a lot of experience behind me with sound and lighting operations, first beginning in secondary school, where I was head of the Technical Team and Senior Prefect for the IT department which later followed with me joining an amateur dramatics society and progressing onto a university course studying Technical Theatre in Derby. Throughout my experiences I have continued to learn and put into practice my skills with a strong willingness to continue to expand my knowledge and develop as a person.I have completed many awards including Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and NCS, both awards have helped me to gain leadership skills as well as my formal qualifications including Level 3 in Leadership Management.I have many qualifications including; Highfields L3 Award in Education and Training, L3 Award in First Aid at Work, IOSH Managing Safely, INNOVATE L3 Diploma in Leadership and Management, RLSS National Pool Supervisors Qualification, STA Tutor Status, STA IQA Status, STA L2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding, Active IQ L3 Pool Plant Operators, Swim England Level 1 Swim Coach, Swim England Level 1 Swimming Teaching, Swim England Swimming Judge Level 1, UK Coaching Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Personal Licensee.
