Attend consultant meetings with Architects, Project Managers and Designers and provide high level advice on DDA and BCA matters.• Ensure consistency of interpretation and implementation of the relevant Acts, Standards and Codes with team and across the company. • Assess building designs and manage projects to ensure work complies with relevant Acts, Standards and Codes.• Carry out site inspections to ensure work complies with relevant Acts, Standards and Codes as it relates to people with disabilities.• Liaise and negotiate with clients, relevant authorities and their consultants to achieve optimum outcomes.• Oversee mid-level staff of preparation and issue of fee proposals.• End to End preparation of design reviews and completion of physical access audits on existing buildings to assess conformity with the BCA/DDA and associated legislation.• Report writing and consultancy advice.• Assisting in the regulatory processes, customer service and professional advice under the provision of the relevant legislation.• Liaise with other Access Consultants and Administration teams to ensure most effective use of resources.
