Experience:Since January 2021, I have had the privilege of contributing to Amazon's success, first as a Stower, ensuring the seamless flow of products into the storage system. I then transitioned into the role of a problem solver, a role that honed my attention to detail and troubleshooting. In March 2022 I got a promotion to the Transportation Operations Management (TOM) team. Here, I engage directly with drivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out for Amazon trailer yards. Used various programs to manage outbound loads, tag damaged assets, GPS-track displaced trailers, and submit vendor tickets for repair processes. In addition to my technical prowess, I have hands-on experience operating and moving 53-foot trailers within the yard and on the road.
