Supported the design, fabrication, and checkout of the next generation integrated Automatous Flight Termination System (AFTS) test cabinet. Reviewed in-progress schematics ensuring proper signal paths across all sub-components of the AFTS cabinet. Created a full system checkout procedure (CO) to cover a variety of functionalities of the AFTS cabinet. Supported the Test Campaign for the Autonomous Long Range Artillery Munitions (ALRAM). Developed a test plan and test and requirement procedures for each iterative phase of the ALRAM campaign. Determined proper subcontractors for any required analysis due to testing and created test reports for each test phase including any anomalies.

Managed site requirement procedural work and execution by working closely with and delegating tasks on site personnel, Systems, and IPTs. Lead effort to properly document all test fixtures used at testing site(s). Managed the cost and schedule performance index for several WBSs to ensure assigned tasks were executed in the window they were baselined scheduled.

Created and updated over 50 test procedures and documents for the equipment of the Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) as part of the Advanced Launching and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) in a manner of constant precision and timeliness to ensure 100% consistency with program schedule. Maintained collaboration with internal and external customer(s) to meet required schedule deadlines for deliverable equipment and testing in both the San Diego and New Jersey sites.

Designed, electrically tested, and disassembled hundreds of model-to-full-scale high-pulse power capacitors to gauge limitations on individual components and analyze their cause. as well as created high voltage & current RMS fixtures used for long term life testing at elevated temperatures resulting in 200% efficiency jump. Retrofitted existing fixtures for quicker measurement times and increased safety for operator. Implemented the 5S LEAN manufacturing program in R&D lab to promote a more cost-effective work environment by the removal of rarely used equipment and standardization of necessary equipment and placement.
