CurrentA versatile position which handles multiple different roles in the oftentimes chaotic environment of Urban Air, a trampoline adventure park located in Bellingham, MA: - Handles the organization and safety management of children and young adults using the attractions as a court monitor. - Deals with diverse customers when purchasing park attraction passes and merchandise, booking birthday parties, working the arcade redemption center, and answering phone calls as a front desk cashier. - Works under pressure as a cafe team member who bakes and cooks various food options in a limited amount of time or cashes out and serves customers in the front. - Helps celebrate and ensure the success of a birthday party through the organization of party guests, set-up and clean-up of party room/table and serving of food/other miscellaneous gifts provided by Urban Air as a private party host.
