Coordinates the daily operation and planning activities of the Army’s Deployment Health Assessment Program (DHAP) teams and manage the completion of all assigned tasks under the direction of the Director of Medical Readiness and DHAP Program Executive Officer (PEO)Develops and updates the Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) and PEO on DHAP policies and prepare required correspondence. Consolidates Army’s DHAP data and ensure the timely preparation of all reports and briefings.Serves as manager and supervise the work of the DHAP Teams (Active Component, US Army Reserve (USAR), and the Army National Guard (ARNG). Leads the preparation of monthly In Progress Reviews (IPRs) and DHAP briefs for key leadership as required. Ensures DHAP team members are focused on priority tasks designated by the Medical Readiness Chief and PEO.Oversees the DHAP training developed for DHAP Coordinators, leaders, and medical providers, during annual training workshops for Active, USAR, and ARNG components.Conducts job interviews with potential candidates and gives recommendations to the company’s Human Resources Department on the best candidate for the job. Collects security documents from the company’s Facility Security Officer for potential hires and submits the documentation to the government’s Trusted Agent Security Manager (TASM) for processing.Reviews, corrects, and approves timesheet entries for team members for submission to the next higher authority.
