My work ethic can be proven by the fact I achieved employee of the month September 2018 at McDonald’s Hatfield within my first four months of employment, where I know many employees there that either did not achieve this or took them years to achieve.My previous employment gave me great confidence in my abilities and has given me the belief that I can do anything given supported learning. I actively seek perfection in the roles I have been given and work at an incredibly high level of focus and intensity. While doing this however, I perform with a calm friendly approach who loves to work well in a team-based environment and giving the best support to anyone.
