I was the sole enviromental representative for our team and was responsible for documenting the progress of the response through photos, daily reports, and diagrams; calculating the amounts of surface water, tracking product recovery and PCW, collecting PID and headspace readings, soil sampling, surface water sampling. Due to elevated breathing zone benzene levels we were in full mask resperators for the first month.-SE Ohio, ongoing, Train derailment caused the spilling of vinal chloride. I was responsible for conducting sampling of groundwater, municipal wells, home wells, and soil; as well as driller oversite, soil classification, and well development for five wells.
