Supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense by managing the planning and execution of due diligence and analysis on a range of financial transactions, researching individual companies and providing a financial and national security risk assessment, specific industry sector analysis, and market trends using a variety of data sources and techniques to inform and advise senior US Government and Department of Defense Leadership. Assesses a range of financial viability, compliance, and national security considerations to inform investment decisions for the Department of Defense and US Industry Partners.

Project coordinator and Disruptive Concepts Lead for the analysis of the Department of the Navy's TACAIR portfolio. Managed the Navy's Requirements Officer Course, educating new Requirements Officers on the intricacies of DoD and Navy specific acquisition processes, culture, and methods to execute Navy capability requirements and acquisition.

Provides technical program management, decision support, analysis, and advisory services for issues concerning the Joint Staff. Provides analysis and recommendations for the Defense Wargaming Alignment Group (DWAG) and Wargame Incentive Fund (WIF) in support of the Studies, Analysis and Gaming Division (SAGD) of the Force Structure, Resources and Assessment Directorate (J-8) of the Joint Staff. Acts as Director or Deputy Director supporting the planning, conceptual design, practical execution and detailed reporting/analysis of wargames, tabletop exercises, decision support activities, and other analysis to inform the Chairman, operating from the operational (O-6) to strategic (Principal to VPOTUS) level.

Supported multiple clients providing quantitative and qualitative program analysis, program management support, data collection, data analysis, and senior leader decision support. Developed and executed methodology for restructuring a major IT Organization within the DOD, interviewing 20+ Senior leaders resulting in the reorganization of a 600+ person organization with oversight over multi-billion dollar portfolio. In multiple roles across the Joint Staff/J7, acted as the primary technical expert as an Interagency SME for Joint Fires, C2, Airborne Operations, and Personnel Recovery, developing and running test methodology and execution, as well as Joint Requirements Development and being the contractor support for Risk Analysis and Concept Validation for Rapid Acquisition.
