As a sales assistant at Halfords i helped cutomers with any queries, these included helping to diagnose issues with vehicles and selling the appropriate solutions, the job also involved drawing on my own knowledge to help customers decide on the correct products or services. The job involved a lot of delegation and communication between myself and colleagues due to the need to complete jobs that I would otherwise be too busy to complete which taught me a lot about leadership. Selling to customers also informed me a lot on my interest in marketing as well as helped me improve my problem solving.
