CurrentI started the Landscaping design business with less than $600 dollars and built it to almost a 7-figure company by designing and developing civil projects for residential neighborhoods, I oversaw each Projects’ bidding, design, installment, and maintenance phases from creation to completion.Selected Accomplishments• Develop designs using Designer, 2D, 3D, Digital design, and hand sketching• Focus on Project Management by daily interacting with clients• Create project schedules, budget, and objectives• Review and determine project cost estimates• Perform estimates by learning what the client needs and wants• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business owners, managers, and project leaders• Oversee the management and day to day operations performed by the team• Direct and coordinate project operations, material orders, and schedules• Oversee day to staff operations and schedules• Oversee equipment maintenance, project jobsites, and daily logistics and routing of material and staff• Maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocations are performed• Communication frequently with owners, contractors, utilities, and team members• Effectively build rapport and create a team environment with everyone involved on the project• Sell new services to prospective businesses and individual consumers and upsell services to my current book of business by maintaining business relationships• Perform all aspects of Accounting from billing and collections to account payables• Manage all Human Resource responsibilities including but not limited to: Payroll, recruiting, 0n-boarding, and terminations• Maintain Safety compliance with federal, state, and local government agencies.• Technical experience with site planning, conceptual designing, and creating required construction documents
