Responsible for over 700+ Affiliates and Sales Representatives order success. Always keeping a clientfirst mentality in all daily routines. Working within a team to answer, respond, and record over 1000+email correspondence daily from vendors and/or affiliates related to each order. Running a dailyreport , and manually filtering the 1500+ orders, determining which orders to follow up out of the1500+. Investigating and researching invoices, emails, sales acknowledgments, and etc for informationregarding orders and forwarding the information to each individual affiliate. Quickly looking through anemail and determine the correct course of action from said email. Alert the individual affiliate of anyholds that are on the job and quickly helping in the resolution. Responding and executing any and allindividual requests that the affiliate may have during the process of the order. Resolving all affiliatecomplaints or issues within every order and exceeding their expectations. Keeping detailed noteswithin the Xebra system to have record and allow full recollection for all other production coordinators.Acting as the back up Team Lead if she is out for the day. Helping coordinate the daily objective ofeach individual production coordinator to help ensure the most efficient and ensuring daily operationalsuccess.
