CurrentProjects: In collaboration with MI Swaco Drilled 8 offshore wells (Oyot field), for Exxon Mobil,13 offshore wells (Otuo-South, Obodo,Mbuotidem fields) for Conoil,15 swamp wells (Tunu) for Shell, 10 HPHT wells (Kolocreek/Koroama) for SPDC, 2 offshore wells (Oma field) & 6 onshore wells (Ogbele field) for NDPR.● Formulation and well site engineering of the following mud systems; oil based mud systems, Water based mud systems, Drill-in mud systems, well bore clean up fluids, completion fluids, work-over fluids, packer fluids.● Successfully drilled and completed HPHT wells in Kolocreek, Epu deep, Oma, Otuo South fields – where water dehydration at the top hole section, due to elevated downhole temperatures above 250˚F, was successfully managed by deploying high performance WBM systems and oil base mud of high weights ranging from 16.5 to 17ppg, OWR maintained between 80/20 to 90/10, so as to adequately oil wet heavy gravity solids used to provide weight.● Successfully drilled and completed wells with high top-hole loss rate (severe losses of 100bbl/hr) by the deployment of various stress caging and well bore strengthening methods.● Ensured drilling parameters such as pipe rotation, well hydrostatic, AV, flowrate, ECD, ROP, Viscosity, HSI, AVGS and LSRV are optimized for several wells drilled to optimize hole cleaning.● Carried out successful completions of the wells with heavy brine systems & Heavy brine blends● Monitored mud properties and recommended treatments to keep mud properties at acceptable values for optimal drilling process. ● Carried out several laboratory tests such as Permeability Plugging test (PPT), PST, HPHT fluid loss, API Fluid loss, Filter Cake breaker test, MBT etc, and QA/QC on mud chemicals to ascertain purity and quality.● Constantly inspecting the solids control equipment for maximum efficiency and waste minimization/management. ● Prepare drilling fluid program for exploration, development and work over wells.
