Projects: In collaboration with MI Swaco Drilled 8 offshore wells (Oyot field), for Exxon Mobil,13 offshore wells (Otuo-South, Obodo,Mbuotidem fields) for Conoil,15 swamp wells (Tunu) for Shell, 10 HPHT wells (Kolocreek/Koroama) for SPDC, 2 offshore wells (Oma field) & 6 onshore wells (Ogbele field) for NDPR.● Formulation and well site engineering of the following mud systems; oil based mud systems, Water based mud systems, Drill-in mud systems, well bore clean up fluids, completion fluids, work-over fluids, packer fluids.● Successfully drilled and completed HPHT wells in Kolocreek, Epu deep, Oma, Otuo South fields – where water dehydration at the top hole section, due to elevated downhole temperatures above 250˚F, was successfully managed by deploying high performance WBM systems and oil base mud of high weights ranging from 16.5 to 17ppg, OWR maintained between 80/20 to 90/10, so as to adequately oil wet heavy gravity solids used to provide weight.● Successfully drilled and completed wells with high top-hole loss rate (severe losses of 100bbl/hr) by the deployment of various stress caging and well bore strengthening methods.● Ensured drilling parameters such as pipe rotation, well hydrostatic, AV, flowrate, ECD, ROP, Viscosity, HSI, AVGS and LSRV are optimized for several wells drilled to optimize hole cleaning.● Carried out successful completions of the wells with heavy brine systems & Heavy brine blends● Monitored mud properties and recommended treatments to keep mud properties at acceptable values for optimal drilling process. ● Carried out several laboratory tests such as Permeability Plugging test (PPT), PST, HPHT fluid loss, API Fluid loss, Filter Cake breaker test, MBT etc, and QA/QC on mud chemicals to ascertain purity and quality.● Constantly inspecting the solids control equipment for maximum efficiency and waste minimization/management. ● Prepare drilling fluid program for exploration, development and work over wells.

Project: Drilled and completed 9 deep offshore wells in collaboration with Baker Hughes (Itut & Erha field) for Exxon Mobil, 15 onshore wells (Kolocreek, Gbaran, Epu, Etelebou) for Shell, 4 onshore wells (Oben) & 5 swamp wells (Ovhor field) for Seplat Energies, 6 offhshore wells (Ango & Anim fields) for Conoil● Directed and supervised the tasks for mud engineering crew on the rig.● Controlled accurate inventory levels of mud engineering equipment and materials to sustain effective drilling operations, decreasing costs and minimizing losses.● Monitored and maintained fluid characteristics to ensure efficient and safe drilling progress.● Conducted QA/QC on drilling fluids/products.● Coordinated all fluid system activities to minimize costs and ensure satisfied customers.● Close monitoring of drilling parameters, including ROP, pipe rotation Flow Rate, ECD etc, to ensure optimal hole cleaning.● Monitored closely cuttings discharge over the primary shakers to ascertain the integrity of cuttings.● Carried out pilot tests on mud formulations and recommended treatments. ● Maintained good customer relations by focusing on requirements of each drilling company representative and ensured well was delivered successfully, safely and within mud cost.

● Responsible for preparing ANA drilling/Completions fluids programs that supports drilling and completions operations on assigned Exxon fields, ensure required quality assurance and quality control. Prepared technical and commercial tenders.● Interface daily with Exxon fluids advisor as well as Exxon drilling and completions engineers assigned to the specific wells of interest to ANA● Attend daily rig calls at Mobil House from the Exxon rigs to ensure that ANA personnel on the rig adhere to plans and follow procedure.● Frequent communication with ANA personnel on the rigs to resolve challenges as they occur.● Follow up with Exxon accounts department for proper invoicing and payment● Interface with Exxon Safety advisor to ensure that ANA personnel Safety Passport is current and also comply with other safety requirements. ● Ensured that Chemical Call offs from the rig get to ANA base plant and are loaded out on time to avoid NPT related issues. ● Ensure all Exxon QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and auditable and fully comply with all Exxon regulatory requirements.
