I work closely with and supporting a team of policy advisers and technologists, underthe supervision of the Outreach coordinator, in relation to a number of tasks, including:• Support on key stakeholder mapping exercise incl. media and cyber/tech journalists, major events,conferences and forums where a humanitarian use of technologies or impact of digital technologies inhumanitarian / conflict / crisis settings can be discussed and presented.• Support on building outreach and engagement strategies to stakeholders identified. As needed, draft /contribute to the drafting of blogs, reports, FAQs, press updates, and diverse portfolio of communicationmaterials targeting internal and external stakeholders to socialize and raise awareness of the delegation’svarious work streams.• Effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, topromote cyber security policies and best practices contributing to the responsible, ethical and principleduse of digital humanitarian technologies.• Monitor latest geopolitical debates and policy development vis-à-vis cyber and new tech and providebiweekly environment scanning update.• Support on the organization of Symposium on Cybersecurity and Data Protection in Humanitarian Actionincl. preparing background documents, identifying and engaging with experts, communication andlogistical tasks.• Contribute to the preparation and documentation of weekly team meetings.• Participate in the annual planning and budgeting process (Planning for Results), monitor and report onimpact/outcomes on a quarterly basis.• Any administrative tasks which may be required for the running of the ICRC Delegation for Cyberspace inLuxembourg.

As a the Strategy Associate, I support the Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer in developing the strategic narrative of the Institute and related internal and external engagement with the Institute’s stakeholders network, and in forecasting and analyzing threats and opportunities associated with the convergence of disruptive technologies in cyberspace (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Quantum Computing, etc). I investigate how these disruptions are impacting vulnerable communities, notably in the Global South and emerging economies, and how increasing usage of Internet and new technologies impact cybersecurity and the need for cyber capacity building globally. Through analysis and facilitation of partnerships, I inform the CyberPeace Institute strategy, notably by linking data - technology - policies - and human related aspects of disruptions in cyberspace.

During their self-study sessions, I tutor groups of 4-6 students ages 10-12 in German, English, Math, and History.I proactively assist students with their homework and exam preparations by enabling students to develop better study strategies and motivating them to use their class time effectively.

IG Arbeit is a private social institution that provides protected workplaces for people with mental disabilities that cannot find a job in the private sector.As part of this company, I co-managed a delivery team of 20 deliverymen who delivered groceries on e-bikes and trailers and picked up recycling from our clients. My responsibility was to provide an ideal work environment for our employees allowing them to concentrate on their work. This included being in constant contact with employees and workers by phone, scheduling of workhours, providing physical and emotional support for the employees, and overseeing repairs and safety checks of the e-bike and trailer fleet.To facilitate the transition between the often-changing civil servants I helped Improve workflows and quality control by developing and expanding employee handbooks.

As a Cabin Crew Member, I was responsible for the safety, security, and well-being of passengers on board. Working in both Economy and Business class, I actively took on the class-leadership position which involved coordinating the crew on board to guarantee high-quality service for our passengers.

I assisted teachers inside and outside the classroom with challenging classes. I was mostly active in a Kindergarten class, which had a young refugee from Syria that needed private tutoring which the teacher could not provide. I was also in physical education classes across all years. As part of the school's extracurricular offer, I organized and oversaw activities for students after class.
