I am a self motivated individual who over the first two years of my military experience I developed management skills and quality leadership skill while making rank up and becoming the number one E-5 in my department. While earning my way to becoming the best leader I can be I also was able to express my impeccable work ethic, while being a worker I was able to saving the navy millions of dollars on diesel equipment by diagnosing, and fixing the equipment before having to replace any parts. Along with achieving great things as a diesel mechanic I spent time in the security department protecting a billion dollar asset and managing, and developing the best security team in the Navy. I managed up to 12 security personnel while training them to be the most knowledgeable and motivated crew on any vessel, or shore command we also had zero mishaps.
