As an Administrative Coordinator at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), I leveraged my data analytics skills to support the daily operations of the Infusion Clinic. I used tools such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that informed decision-making and improved efficiency and quality of care.I also applied my process improvement expertise to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and train staff on new systems and protocols. I contributed to several projects that enhanced patient satisfaction, reduced costs, and increased revenue, such as optimizing the scheduling and billing processes, developing a performance evaluation system, and conducting a patient feedback survey.I hold a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
