I am a skilled customer service worker whose abilities are applicable in any industry where the goal is to serve customers and clients and ensure maximum satisfaction. My time with GameStop has given me a great understanding of not only how to go every extra mile for those my company serves, but how to build a team of hard-working associates that is taught and developed with a similar customer-first mindset. Those skills have only been further honed during my time with Jim Shorkey Kia, as I have gained an even greater understanding as to how to listen and understand those I help to best address their needs. Some of my passions in the workplace include recruiting new talent to roles they enjoy and succeed at a high level in, as well as the satisfaction that comes from meeting customer needs and having a genuine, positive influence on their days and even lives.
