 Supported and advised the Office of Deputy SRSG (Recovery & Governance)/UN RC in his role as Co-Chair of Liberia’s Peacebuilding Joint Steering Committee (JSC). Together with representatives from GoL and UN Funds and Agencies, formulated and revisedseveral iterations of Liberia’s Peacebuilding Priority Plan (LPPP), including a final $71 millionLiberia.

 Supported TRC Commissioner Bishop Arthur F. Kulah, and managed his office. Developed criteria for selection of Statements of rights violation in Liberian TRC public hearings process. Reviewed and analyzed over 1,000 such Statements for selection and hearing. Designed initial plans for the organization and rollout of TRC nationwide public hearings.
